Sri Srm Exports

Malka Ganj is one of those places where you really have to know your way around or you’ll get lost in the lanes. Our office is at B1/44 and it gets pretty cramped inside when we have a big shipment ready to go out. Sri Srm Exports handles quite a lot of different things and the warehouse space always feels smaller than it did the week before. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking on ports and making sure the trucks didn't get stuck in traffic somewhere. It’s just how things are here. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people because we are usually in the back checking boxes or sorting out invoices. Sometimes the electricity flickers when it’s too hot outside and the fans struggle to keep the air moving. My brother and a few cousins help out with the day to day stuff. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of the regulations which seem to change every other month. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. Most of our neighbors are doing the same kind of thing so it’s a community of people just trying to make a living. We’ve been here at this address for a long time and don't plan on moving.
