Soni Traders is in Shop Number 2, which you can find at Office No 1180/13 in Govind Puri. We are very close to the Hanuman Mandir in Kalkaji. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so we usually just tell people to look for the temple. The shop is small and always seems to be overflowing with stock. We’ve been here for several years, and it has become like a second home. It’s a family business, so it’s mostly just my brother and me running things. We don't have a big staff or any complex systems. We use a simple ledger to keep track of what goes out and what comes in. The fan on the ceiling is old and makes a lot of noise, but it keeps us cool during the summer months. Govind Puri is a busy place, and there is always something happening on the street. We get all kinds of people walking in. Some are just looking for a chat, while others are regular customers we’ve known for a decade. We don't do any marketing or have a fancy sign. The shop is what it is. We open up early, sweep the front, and get ready for the day. It’s steady work, and it keeps us on our feet. We don't have any big plans to change things. We just want to keep the shop going and be a part of the local community.
