Milestone Impex

Milestone Impex is based on the first floor at 144, Sant Nagar. Being in East Of Kailash means we are right in the thick of it. The streets are narrow and always crowded with people, rickshaws, and cars. It’s a lively place to work, even if it’s a bit noisy. Our office is up one flight of stairs. It’s a typical Delhi setup—plenty of files, a few computers, and always a pot of tea on the go. We do import and export work, which means we’re often dealing with different time zones. Sometimes we’re here late at night or very early in the morning depending on who we are calling. It’s a lot of paperwork and customs forms, which can be a real headache if you don’t stay on top of it. We don't have a big polished lobby or a receptionist greeting people. It’s just us doing the work. The fans hum all day in the summer to keep the heat away. We’ve been in Sant Nagar for a while and we like the local food stalls around here for a quick lunch. It’s a gritty, fast-paced environment but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm. We don't try to sound like a multi-billion dollar corporation because we aren't. We’re just a small outfit trying to move goods from one place to another without too much trouble. It's about knowing the rules and sticking to them, and finding the right people to help along the way.
