Sohanlal & Company

We’ve been operating Sohanlal & Company from Dev Nagar for quite some time now. The office is at 5/63 on Guru Ravi Dass Marg, right in the heart of the Karol Bagh area. It’s a busy spot, always noisy with the traffic and people moving about. We deal with various goods and supplies, keeping track of everything in our old ledgers. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. You won’t find any shiny glass walls here. It’s mostly just shelves and stacks of boxes and the sound of the ceiling fan spinning. We know most of the other shopkeepers on this street. Sometimes we stand outside for a bit to get some air when the shop feels too small. We get a mix of regulars and people just passing through who need something specific. We don't really do much in the way of fancy branding or internet stuff. We mostly just rely on the fact that we've been at this address long enough for people to know where to find us. My uncle used to say that as long as you have what the customer needs and you're fair about it, you'll stay in business. We try to stick to that. It’s not always easy with the way things change, but we keep the doors open every morning and do our best. The noise of Karol Bagh is just part of our daily life here.
