We are located at Plot No. 64 in Tughlakabad. If you know where the LCD Kachi Parking is, we are right near there. We spend our time working with forklifts. Whether it's fixing them up or helping people get the right one for their warehouse, that's what we do every day. Tughlakabad is a busy hub for logistics, so being here makes a lot of sense for us. There's always a lot of truck traffic and dust in the air, but you get used to it after a while. Our shop is where we handle the repairs. Forklifts take a lot of beating in those warehouses, so they always need something done—brakes, hydraulics, or just a good service to keep them running. We aren't a big corporation with a shiny office and people in suits. It's just a workshop with some grease on the floor and tools on the walls. We don't use big words or try to sell you things you don't really need. We just talk about what’s wrong with the machine and how to fix it for a fair price. Sometimes we’re out on-site at a customer's warehouse, and other times we’re here at the plot working on a total rebuild. It’s a hardworking life, but it’s what we know and we're good at it. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. We just keep our heads down and work on the machines that come our way, making sure they leave in better shape.
