We are located at 4971 Roshnara Road, right near the Mata Mandir. It’s an old part of New Delhi, and the building has been around for quite some time. We deal with spices, so the air around our place is always thick with the scent of turmeric, chili, and cumin. It can make you sneeze if you aren't used to it. We spend most of our time sorting through raw spices and getting them ready for the grinders. It’s a dusty job, and we all wear aprons to keep our clothes from getting stained. We aren't a high-tech facility with robots; it’s mostly just us using our hands and some old-fashioned machines. My grandfather used to say that you can’t rush a good spice blend, so we try to take our time. The traffic on Roshnara Road is usually a nightmare, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get our big shipments out before the congestion starts. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most people know us because they’ve been buying from our family for years. It’s a small operation, and sometimes we struggle to keep up with the paperwork, but the quality of the spices is what matters most to us. It’s just honest work in a busy part of the city. We hope the smell of the spices keeps drawing people in.
