Snaxup Healthy Foods India Private is located at 61-C in Pocket A-12. We are right near Aggarwal Sweets, which is a big landmark around here. It is funny being so close to a place that sells traditional sweets because we focus on making healthy snacks. The space we have is not very big. We keep our ingredients and bags on metal shelves along the walls. Most of our time is spent trying out different mixes to see what tastes good without needing a lot of salt or sugar. It is just a small team of us working here. We don't have a massive factory with robots. We do a lot of things by hand and in small batches. Sometimes the packing machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon trying to fix it ourselves. That is just how it goes when you are running a small operation. We don’t have a big sales pitch or a fancy office. We just make the snacks and put them into the bags. People in the neighborhood know where we are and they stop by when they want something to eat that isn't greasy. It is a simple setup with a few desks in the back for the bills and the phone. We often get a bit crowded when a new shipment of seeds or grains arrives, but we make it work. We are just local people trying to make decent food in our own corner of the city.
