Skylark Seedcorn Private Limited

Our office is located at 55 S/F on Panchkuian Road, which is pretty close to the metro station. Being near CP in Delhi means there is always a lot of traffic and people rushing around outside our windows. Skylark Seedcorn Private Limited has been operating from this second-floor space for some time. It is a practical setup with enough room for our desks and the paperwork we have to manage for the seed trade. We don't really go for anything flashy here. It’s mostly just us working through the day, taking calls and dealing with the logistics of moving corn seeds. The location is handy because the metro is right there, making it easy for staff to get in, even when the Delhi roads are blocked up. We see a lot of different faces coming through this area. Inside, it stays fairly quiet compared to the street noise downstairs. We spend a lot of our time checking on shipments and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. It is regular work, nothing too exciting, but we stay busy with it. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. We like being in this part of the city because everything is accessible. We just focus on our daily tasks and keeping the business running as it should from this little corner of Panchkuian Road. It is a simple life in a busy place.
