Our business is located in the basement of 87-A in Zamrudpur Village. We are right across from N-115 Gk-1 and not far from the Axis Bank ATM. It is a bit of a hidden spot, but it works well for us. We handle the Brooke Bond coffee and tea vending machines. The basement is mostly used for storing the machines and the supplies like coffee powder and tea bags. It can get a bit crowded when we have a new shipment arrive. We spend a lot of our time out in the city, visiting different offices to fix machines or drop off new supplies. When we are at the office, we are usually just sorting through orders or cleaning up some of the equipment. It is not a glamorous job, but people really appreciate their coffee. The village area is nice because it has a local feel to it, even though we are right next to the busy Gk-1 area. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the machines inside and out. We do not use any marketing language or try to pretend we are bigger than we are. It is just a small operation making sure offices have their hot drinks ready every morning. We have been in this same basement for several years and it has become like a second home to us.
