Site Engineer

Our place is in Neela Bazar, over in the Datlabe Mohalla area of Bawswa in Dausa. It’s a local spot, and being a Site Engineer here means we know almost everyone in the neighborhood. Rajasthan is a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the heat, but we are used to it by now. Our office isn’t anything special to look at. It’s just a room where we store our levels, tripods, and rolls of blueprints. Most of the time, the chairs are empty because we are out at a project site. We help out with the technical side of building, making sure the measurements are spot on so there aren't problems later. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the work we do. People in Dausa know where to find us if they need someone to look at a site or help manage a construction job. The streets in Neela Bazar can be tight, and it’s always a bit of a scramble getting the gear in and out, but we make it work. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we just try to be helpful and honest about what can be done. It’s simple, direct work that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset most days of the week. We enjoy seeing the town change and grow.
