Site Engineer Project Co Ordinator

I work as a site engineer and project coordinator out of my place in New Roshan Pura. The address is R-Z-101 and it is right opposite the SDM Office in Najafgarh, New Delhi. My father is Dr. Om Subhash and I’ve stayed here for quite a while. Being in Najafgarh means I am right in the middle of a lot of development. My job is basically to make sure all the different parts of a project are actually moving at the same time. I spend a lot of time on the phone or walking through construction sites to check on the progress. Since I am right across from the SDM office, it is easy for people to find the location. It is a crowded area, so the noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it when you live in Delhi. I don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. I just have a desk with a lot of papers and a phone that never stops ringing. Dealing with contractors and site owners can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that is what a coordinator does. I try to keep things simple and just focus on the task for the day. Whether it’s checking materials or talking to the site foreman, I just want to get the project finished so I can move on to the next one.
