We are located at 36 DDA Market in Rajdhani Enclave. It is a busy spot in Pitampura and most days are quite loud with all the traffic outside. We have been here for a while now. The office is not very big but it fits all of us comfortably. Usually, we start our day early with some tea while we look over the orders that came in. There is always a lot of paperwork when you deal with overseas stuff. We spend a good amount of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are moving. The DDA market has a lot of energy. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking but we manage. We handle the daily tasks ourselves. Packing, checking the lists, and making sure the labels are right. It is honest work. Delhi-34 can be very hot in the summer, so our old AC runs all day long. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions since we are in a visible part of the enclave. We don't have fancy furniture or a big reception area. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We know our neighbors well and sometimes share a snack in the afternoon. It is just a normal office where we try to get things done without making too much of a fuss. Every evening we lock up and head home through the Pitampura traffic which never seems to get any better no matter the season.
