Shree Kamdhenu Fertilizers

Down here on Joshi Road in Karol Bagh, things are always moving. Our spot at 861-62 in Dhanuka House stays pretty packed with bags and people coming through. Shree Kamdhenu Fertilizers has been around this part of Delhi for a good bit of time. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how tight the streets get. We spend a lot of our mornings just moving stuff around to make space. It’s hard work, especially when the summer heat starts hitting the pavement outside. We deal with fertilizers all day, so there is always that specific smell in the air. It’s just part of the job for us now. We talk to a lot of different people who come in from outside the city looking for specific things for their crops. Most of the time, we’re just checking the ledgers or talking to the delivery drivers about why they’re late again. The stairs in this building are a bit narrow, and we’re always telling people to watch their step. It isn't a high-tech office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical place where we keep the stock and handle the sales. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner when there’s a break in the rush. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept and how to get things loaded fast. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but you just get used to it after working here.
