Agriculture & Rural Development

Our office is based in New Delhi, specifically in the 110091 pin code area. We focus on agriculture and rural development, which might seem odd for being located in a big city like Delhi, but this is where we manage all our coordination from. We don't have a farm here, obviously. It’s just an office with files, maps, and a few computers. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different parts of the country and trying to figure out how to help with rural projects. It’s not glamorous work. There are a lot of reports to read and data to look at. We are a small team and we don't really go for all that corporate talk. We just want to see things improve in the rural areas we work with. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some old wooden desks and shelves that are sagging under the weight of all the paperwork we collect. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes it tough to stay focused but we keep at it. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We are just people who care about farming and rural life. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks and try to make sure our projects are moving forward. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do. We get our work done without much fanfare.
