We are situated very close to the Govt Boys Senior Secondary School, so we get to see the students walking by in their uniforms every morning and afternoon. It makes the street feel very lively and full of energy. Our work involves a lot of food preparation and handling, and we do most of it in the back area of our premises. Mahipalpur is a busy part of town with a lot of traffic and narrow lanes, but we have managed to carve out a good space for ourselves here. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just a handful of us who show up every day and get to work. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is clean and that the ingredients are ready for whatever we are making that day. The building is older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We don't do much in the way of advertising because the school and the local houses provide enough activity to keep us busy. Sometimes we have to move our delivery carts carefully because the road gets so crowded when school lets out. It’s a regular job for us, and we just do it right without any fuss. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become a small part of the local scenery in this neighborhood.
