Shree Balaji Krishi Udyog

You can find us at Katra Ashrafi, Shop 502, right in the middle of Chandni Chowk. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets. We’ve been operating Shree Balaji Krishi Udyog from this small spot for quite some time. It’s mostly about agricultural items here. The walls are lined with bags and containers, and sometimes it's hard to move around if we have a lot of stock. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a practical space for people who need things for their farms or gardens. The air in the Katra is always thick with the smell of the market. We spend our days talking to farmers and people coming in from out of town. It’s a long commute for some of them, so we try to get them what they need quickly. Chandni Chowk is a maze, but people seem to find their way to Katra Ashrafi 502 eventually. We don't do much marketing. News of our shop usually travels by word of mouth among the farming community. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that's just part of working in an old part of the city. We keep a ledger for everything and try to stay organized, even when things get chaotic during the planting season. It’s just us doing our bit in the market. We will be here as long as people need seeds and tools to keep their land going.
