Shayesta Alokozay Saffron Private Limited is based at 25 Res in Pratap Market, Jangpura. We are right in the middle of a busy market area in South Delhi. Our whole business is built around saffron. It is a very specific thing to focus on, but we like it. The office is small and practical. We don't have room for anything that isn't necessary. Saffron is expensive and delicate, so we spend a lot of time making sure it is stored and handled correctly. It’s not a job where you can just rush through things. We’ve been in Pratap Market for a while now, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a nice community to be a part of. We don't do any big marketing campaigns or have a glossy brochure. We just show people the saffron we have and let the quality speak for itself. Most of our customers have been coming to us for a long time. We prefer doing business that way, based on trust rather than fancy words. The market can be very loud and dusty, but inside our office, we try to keep things clean and organized. It’s a simple, honest business. We just show up every day, do our work, and go home. We are proud of what we do, even if it’s just a small shop in a big city. It feels good to see our product go to good homes.
