Sharma Industries

Sharma Industries is located at B-7 in the DSIDC Complex within the Jhilmil Industrial Area. It’s an old industrial estate, and our unit has been here for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s home to us. We have a handful of workers who have been coming here every day for a long time. They know the machines inside out. We mostly produce parts for other factories and local suppliers. It’s a very routine kind of life. We open up early, get the machines warmed up, and start the day’s production run. There’s a lot of paperwork involved that I usually handle at a small desk near the front door. It’s noisy and sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough, but we keep going. We don't really go out and look for new business; people usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name around Jhilmil. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to make sure the quality is decent and the orders are ready when we say they will be. It’s a simple business model based on just doing the same thing well every day. We don't need any bells or whistles. Just a functional workspace and some reliable help.
