Our place at 188 B in Guru Nanak Pura is where we spend most of our lives. It’s a typical small-town enterprise where things are done a bit more slowly than in the big cities. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be there at a desk or in the back. We have been in this neighborhood for years and we’ve seen it change quite a bit. The roads have been dug up and paved over more times than I can count. We just keep doing our daily tasks. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we know. We handle things as they come. If a customer has a question, we answer it the best we can without using any big words or complicated talk. We are just regular people. Sometimes the printer jams or we lose our keys, and that’s just part of the day. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. What you see is what you get. We value being part of Guru Nanak Pura. It’s a good spot to be. We have our routines, like opening up the shutters early and having a quick chat with the guy next door. It’s a humble life and we are okay with that. We don't need any big titles or awards. We just want to do our bit for the people who come to us. It is honest work.
