Global Events & Expositions

We have been working out of Ansal Chambers-I for quite a few years now. Our office is tucked away in Wing A, specifically in rooms A-209 to 211. Bhikaji Cama is a busy area, and you can always hear the hum of traffic and people moving about the building. At Global Events & Expositions, we don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. It’s mostly just desks piled with folders, old event posters, and boxes of brochures. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate with vendors or checking on floor plans for the next big trade show. It gets pretty cramped in here when a big project is coming up. We might have four or five people all trying to use the same printer at once. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up when we need a break from the screen. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central and people know where to find us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just want to get the logistics sorted so the expos we manage actually happen on time. There is always a bit of dust and the smell of old paper around the office. Some days are slow, but most are just a long list of small tasks that need to get done. It’s just how we run things here in this part of Delhi.
