Shar Keswani Institute

Our institute is tucked away in the Jia Sarai area, right near IIT and Hauz Khas. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s absolutely packed with students. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it’s always a bit of a squeeze with everyone carrying books and rushing to classes. The rooms are basic—just desks, chairs, and whiteboards. We don’t go in for fancy decorations because the students are really just here to focus on their studies and get through their exams. It can get pretty loud outside with the street food vendors and all the traffic, but inside we try to keep things productive. Most of the people who come here are looking for a bit of extra help with their subjects. We have a small staff, and we all wear many hats, from answering the phones to cleaning up after the last class. It’s a very practical environment. We see people from all over the country who come to Jia Sarai just for the atmosphere of learning. We don’t promise anything magical; it’s just about putting in the hours and going through the material properly. The hours are long, especially when exam season gets close, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We’re usually here late, making sure everything is ready for the next morning’s rush of students who call this area home.
