Mode Origin

Our place is at Number 376 in Shahpur Jat, not too far from the Siri Fort Auditorium. If you have ever been to Shahpur Jat, you know the lanes are narrow and can be quite confusing if you aren't used to them. Mode Origin is located in one of these old buildings that has been converted into a workspace. It is a bit of a maze inside with different levels and small rooms. We have rolls of cloth leaned up against the walls and sketches pinned everywhere. It is a bit messy, but that is just how we work. The bells from the nearby temple often ring in the mornings, which is a nice way to start the day. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who handle everything from the designing to the packing. Sometimes we go out to the main road to grab a quick snack or a tea when things get too busy. It is a creative neighborhood with a lot of other small businesses doing similar things. We don't spend much time on fancy emails or marketing plans. Most of our energy goes into making sure the products are handled properly. The stairs are steep and the ceiling is a little low in places, but it has a lot of character. We like being part of this community. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things, and it keeps us grounded.
