Service Engineer

I am usually down by Shyam Palace Cinema in Modinagar. If you know where Rajkumar Cycle Work is, that's where I spend most of my time. Being a service engineer here means I see a lot of different problems every single day. Some days are busier than others. I have my tools set up near the shop. Modinagar is a busy place, and there is always something that needs fixing. I don't have a big corporate team or a fancy lobby. It is just the workshop and the noise from the street. I learned most of what I know by just doing the work. You get a feel for the machines after a few years. I make sure to stay until the job is done. People around here recognize me because I've been at this spot for quite a bit. It’s a practical job. I don't use big words or try to sell anyone on things they don't need. If it’s broken, I look at it. If I can fix it, I do. The cycle work area is a good landmark for people trying to find the place. Sometimes it gets dusty with all the traffic near the cinema, but you get used to it. I keep my schedule pretty full. I don't mind the long hours. It feels good to get a machine running again. That is basically my life at the shop. I just keep my head down and work on whatever is in front of me.
