Our office is located in room 406 of the Bhikaji Cama Bhawan. If you’ve ever been to Bhikaji Cama Place, you know it’s a really busy area with lots of tall buildings and people rushing around at all hours. We’ve been here for some time now, handling the engineering side of things for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. It’s a typical office space with desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals lying around in stacks. We spend a lot of our time on calls or looking at complicated diagrams on the screens. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. The elevators in this building are sometimes slow, so we end up waiting a lot in the lobby or taking the stairs if we’re in a real hurry to get to a meeting. We don’t really have a showroom or anything for people to look at. It’s mostly just us working on projects and trying to stay on top of the busy schedule. Lunch usually means going down to one of the local food stalls nearby or just eating a sandwich at our desks when things are tight. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we do our work every day. We see a lot of different people coming through the building. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but usually, it’s just the sound of people working.
