We have been sitting here in Pocket B at Mayur Vihar Phase II for a long time now. The building at A 4 is pretty easy to find once you get into the lane. It’s mostly just us and the students who come by every afternoon after their school finishes. The rooms are not very big, but we make it work with the benches we have. Sometimes the fans make a bit of a rattling noise when they are on full speed, but nobody really minds when they are busy with their notebooks. It gets quite crowded around four o'clock. You can hear the kids talking all the way down the stairs. We mostly deal with math and science, but sometimes they bring other subjects if they are stuck. There is always a stack of old papers sitting in the corner because we never get around to throwing them out. My desk is usually covered in pens that don't always work. The tea man from the corner brings us cups twice a day. It is just a regular place where people come to learn things. We don't have fancy chairs or air conditioning, just the usual tubelights and a lot of chalk dust on the floor. Most of the parents around here know us because their older kids came here years ago. It’s a bit noisy when the classes change over, but that is just how it is in this part of Delhi.
