Our office is at 12/23, Punjabi Bagh (East). It’s a residential area that has a lot of businesses tucked away in it. Saras International India might sound like a big, fancy name, but we are actually a pretty small operation. We use this space to handle all our Indian and international trade details. It’s mostly just a few rooms with computers, some maps on the wall, and a lot of stacks of shipping documents. Punjabi Bagh East is a nice place to work, though traffic on the main roads can be a real pain in the evenings. We spend a lot of time on calls with people in different time zones, so someone is often here late or very early. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We’ve been at this 12/23 address for several years now. It’s comfortable and it works for what we need. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just want to make sure our shipments are moving and the paperwork is correct. Most of the time, we’re just sitting here with our tea, looking at spreadsheets and making sure everything is on track. It’s a quiet kind of busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
