Despite what the name might make you think, we are actually located right here in Shahdara, Delhi. There is no beach or California sunshine around this office, just the usual busy streets of East Delhi. We have been based in this area for a long time, and we know the neighborhood inside and out. It is a bit of a joke sometimes when people see the name, but we just stuck with it. Our daily life is focused on the tasks at hand, mostly paperwork and local business stuff. The office is small and tucked away, which is how we like it. It can get pretty loud outside with the Rickshaws and the market nearby, but that is just part of being in Shahdara. We are regular people doing regular work. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just bring lunch from home or grab something from the vendors on the corner. It is a very local operation. We know the other shop owners and the people who live in the lanes around us. We spend our days making sure things are handled correctly and that our records are up to date. It is honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a part of the local scenery, working away in our corner of the city.
