Sant Nirankari Public School

People in Nirankari Colony usually know where we are. Sant Nirankari Public School has been part of this neighborhood in Delhi for a long time. It’s a busy area, especially in the mornings when everyone is out and about. We have a gate that gets a bit crowded at 8 AM. The building itself is sturdy, though it shows its age in some spots. We don't spend much on fancy decorations. Most of our time goes into the classrooms. There's a playground, but it's not huge. The kids make do. Living in Delhi 110009, space is always a bit tight. We have several floors and many stairs. The teachers here have been around for years. We know the local shopkeepers and the families who live nearby. It’s a community thing. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise in the summer, but we fix them when we can. We keep the registers updated by hand mostly. It’s just a normal school. Nothing too flashy. We have a small staff room where we drink tea and talk about the day. It’s dusty sometimes because of the traffic outside, but we sweep every morning. We just focus on getting the lessons done. Parents stop by to chat quite often. It feels like a small world here in the colony. We've seen many generations come through these doors. It's just a part of the daily life here in Delhi.
