Sansera Engineering Gurgaon

Even though the name says Gurgaon, you’ll actually find this part of the operations at Chaman Gali in Hathras. It’s a bit of a localized setup managed by Mahendra Kumar Sharma. The area is quite different from the big industrial zones you might expect. It’s more of a traditional street where everyone knows each other. We deal with various engineering components and technical requirements that come our way. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the necessary paperwork and some samples of the parts we handle. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating with the main production lines. Engineering is a lot of measuring and double-checking, so that’s what we do most of the day. It gets a bit noisy on the street outside sometimes, with the usual Hathras bustle, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big team here, just a few people making sure the orders are correct and the logistics are moving as they should. We don't use any complicated business lingo when we talk to our clients. We just explain what can be done and how long it will take. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of our days are spent checking schedules and making sure the engineering standards are being met, even from this small office in the lane. It’s steady, quiet work that keeps the wheels turning for the bigger projects we are involved with.
