Sangrah Saree

Our shop, Sangrah Saree, is at B-28 in Vivek Vihar Phase-I. We are very close to the Ram Mandir, which is what most people use to find us. It is a nice, quiet part of the city compared to the big markets. We don't have the constant noise of heavy traffic here. It is mostly people from the neighborhood walking by. We have been in Vivek Vihar for a long time. The shop is a simple room filled with sarees. We don't have any big flashy displays or expensive decorations. We just have our stock on the shelves. It’s a very relaxed environment. We know a lot of our customers by name because they live in the nearby blocks. Sometimes they just stop in to say hello. We spend the day folding clothes and keeping things tidy. The shop is small, so we have to be careful about where we put things. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is just a local business. We have a small fan that keeps the air moving and a chair for customers to sit on. It is a very human way of doing business. We aren't trying to be the biggest saree shop in Delhi. We are just happy being here in Vivek Vihar. It’s a steady life and we enjoy the rhythm of the neighborhood. The temple nearby brings a sense of peace to the street.
