Being on the ground floor makes it very easy for people to just walk in off the street without having to deal with stairs. Dilshad Colony is a pretty dense area with lots of people and shops, so there’s always something happening outside our door. The school across from us means it gets very busy in the mornings and mid-afternoon when the kids are coming and going. We handle a mix of things here, from earaches to tooth extractions. It’s a compact clinic, so things can feel a bit tight when there are four or five people waiting in the front area. We have a couple of chairs for the patients and a small desk where we keep the records. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they are fine for now. We’ve got our tools and our dental chair, and that’s what matters for the work. Most of the people who live in Dilshad Colony know where we are. We don't use any fancy marketing; usually, someone just tells their neighbor to come see us when they have a problem. It’s a simple, local clinic where we work hard and go home when the last patient is done.
