Batra Dental Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away in the New Municipal Market on Lodhi Road. We are at number six, the double story part. It’s a bit of an older building but it has some character. If you know the market, you know it can get pretty lively with people doing their shopping and running errands. We get a lot of people stopping in while they are out buying groceries or things for the house. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so we tell people to watch their step when they come up. We have been here at Batra Dental Clinic for a good amount of time now. It’s mostly just us working here, keeping track of everyone’s files and making sure the chairs are ready. We don't have a big receptionist desk or fancy music playing. Usually, you just hear the sounds from the market outside and the fan humming in the corner. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops come by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a toothache. We like being part of the market like this. It feels like we are just another part of the day for the people living nearby. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work. If it's a hot day, we keep the cooler running full blast and wait for the next person to walk in.
