Sampoorna Cargo Services

We are based in Office No- 351 at the Vardhman Dee Cee Plaza in Dwarka Sector 11. It’s one of those busy plazas where there’s always something going on. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where all the Sampoorna Cargo Services work gets done. We have boxes piled up in the corner and a lot of tape dispensers lying around. The phone rings a lot, usually someone asking where their stuff is or how much it will cost to send a package across the country. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking schedules and rates. It’s not a very fancy place; the carpet is a bit worn out and the desks are cluttered with pens and sticky notes. We get a lot of light through the main window, which is nice, but it makes the room get warm in the summer. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we just get on with it without needing to say much. There’s a tea stall downstairs where we usually go when we need a break from the screen. Dealing with cargo means there’s always some delay or issue to fix, so it’s never really boring. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and make sure nothing gets lost in the warehouse. It’s just a normal job in a busy part of Dwarka. We like the routine.
