Salad Chef Foodtech Private Limited

Our place is at B-109 in Chhatarpur Extension. It’s a residential-turned-commercial area that gets a lot of traffic. Salad Chef Foodtech Private Limited is based out of this spot. We deal with food technology, mostly centered around fresh salads and healthy things. The space at B-109 is functional. We have some refrigeration units and a lot of prep space. It’s not like a restaurant where you sit down. It’s more of a hub for our operations. The neighborhood is always changing, with new shops opening up all the time. We’ve been in Chhatarpur Extension for a bit and we like the vibe. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the construction nearby. Inside, we try to keep things as clean as possible for the food. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations. We are just a local team working on making good food easier to get. The office part is just a desk in the back where we handle the orders. We use simple English and talk to our delivery drivers every day. It’s a lot of work to keep everything fresh. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep things cool. That’s just how it is here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and start chopping and packing. It’s a practical business and we are practical people. We just keep it moving every day, rain or shine, to get things finished.
