Sagar Masale Llp

We've been working out of this spot in Paschim Vihar for a while now. It’s Flat No-131-A in Pocket-A-5, and most of the day you can smell the cumin and coriander from down the hall. People around here know where we are. We spend most of our mornings just checking the batches that come in. It’s a lot of manual work, sorting through bags and making sure everything is dry before it goes to the grinders. My hands usually smell like turmeric by the time I get home for lunch. The shop isn't fancy at all. We just have some shelves and the packing area. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running, so sometimes we have to shout to hear each other. We deal with all kinds of whole spices and powders. Sometimes the dust makes everyone sneeze, but you get used to it after a week. West Delhi has a lot of food businesses, so we stay busy keeping up with the orders that come through. It’s just me and a few others here in the office. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us or hear about the masale from someone else. It stays pretty busy on Mondays when the new stock arrives. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits on the shelf for too long. It's just a regular local operation.
