S. C. I. Export Pvt. Ltd.

Over in Vishnu Garden, at Wz-na-240, that’s where S. C. I. Export Pvt. Ltd. is based. We’ve been in this particular spot for a good while. It’s a bit of a maze back here in these streets if you aren't used to how the lanes are laid out, but it’s home to us. The building we’re in is pretty plain and simple, just a regular brick and mortar place where we keep the export business running every day. We don’t really have any fancy furniture or a big lobby for guests. Usually, there’s just a lot of cardboard boxes stacked up near the entrance and a couple of people on the phone trying to track down shipments or talking to drivers. It’s the kind of work that keeps you on your toes because something is always changing with the shipping schedules or the weather. We have a small staff here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing at the moment, whether it’s checking the inventory levels or dealing with all the customs forms that pile up. Vishnu Garden is a very lively place to work, though it can get a bit loud with all the traffic and the local shops right nearby. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we just focus on making sure the orders are correct and they leave the warehouse on time. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve got a good system down now after all these years of doing this.
