Our small business is located in Uttam Nagar, specifically in Om Vihar Phase 5. We are tucked away at the back of block D-1, on the third floor of house numbers 39 and 40. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. Being an OPC, it’s a tight operation. We do both exporting and trading. It’s a lot of work for a small team, but we enjoy the challenge. The neighborhood is very lively, with people always walking around and small shops everywhere you look. We don’t have a big fancy office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s just a place to get the job done. Near the Bake Vihari Mandir, you can often hear the morning prayers, which is quite peaceful. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or use big words to sound important. We just buy things, sell things, and move them around. We’ve had our fair share of long nights when there’s too much work and not enough hours in the day. We try to keep things simple. If a customer needs something, we see if we can get it for them. There’s no complicated process or corporate hierarchy here. We just work hard and hope for the best. Sometimes it's stressful but that's just part of being in the trade business in a city like Delhi. We just take it one day at a time.
