Rites Ltd Gurgaon

Even though the name says Gurgaon, we’re actually over in Mahipalpur at House No. 114. It’s in an area called Pagal Colony in Rangpuri. Don't mind the name, it's just a regular neighborhood in New Delhi. It's quite close to the airport, so you hear the planes overhead all the time. We’ve been here for a while, running Rites Ltd from this small spot. It's a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from around here. The house is a solid old building. We use it as our main base. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you'll just see someone at a computer or on the phone. We do our own filing and handle our own mail. New Delhi is a fast place, but we try to keep our pace steady. We’ve got some history in this building. It’s seen a lot of projects come and go. There’s always tea being made in the back. We just do our business and try to stay organized. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s our place. We don't have a corporate manual telling us how to talk. We just speak our minds and get the work finished as best as we can. It is a simple way of doing things.
