We are set up in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, at S-21. It’s a busy part of South Delhi with a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day. Being in an industrial area like this means it can get a bit dusty and noisy, but it’s where the action is. We focus on retail advising, so we talk to people who run shops and stores. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few old computers, and a lot of notebooks. Since we are in 110020, we are close to a lot of our clients who are also based in this part of the city. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive lighting because that’s not what we are about. We just sit down and figure out how to help retail businesses do a bit better. Sometimes we spend more time out at client sites than we do in our own office. When we are here, it’s usually to catch up on emails or file some documents. It's honest work and we've been doing it for a while now. The neighborhood has a lot of places to eat, so that's a benefit. We aren't a huge company, just a group of people who know a thing or two about the retail world and want to share that with others who are struggling to manage their inventory or sales. It keeps us busy and we enjoy the daily grind of the industrial area.
