Reliable Travels

If you go to the DDA Community Centre at Sheikh Sarai-1, you will find us over at Plot No. F-41. It is a busy little spot and we have been here for a good amount of time now. The office is not anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper stacks from all the travel bookings we handle. We spend the whole day on the phone or clicking through computer screens trying to figure out the best way for people to get from one place to another. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait, which can be a bit frustrating when someone is standing right there waiting for their ticket to be printed. We do all sorts of travel stuff, from simple train rides to bigger trips that take a lot more planning and coordination. It gets noisy in the community centre sometimes, but we are used to the sound by now. People often drop in while they are out doing their regular errands to ask about prices or to pick up their travel papers. We do not use any big, fancy systems, just our own experience and what we know about the different routes. It is a local business through and through. We know the people around this area and they know us. We just try to get the bookings right so nobody gets stuck at a station.
