Rehmat Food And Beverages (Opc) Private is situated at #123 on the first floor of the DLF Prime Tower in Okhla, Phase-1. Being in an industrial area like Okhla means the surroundings are always full of trucks, workers, and a lot of dust. We have got a single room here where we handle the operations for our food and beverage business. It is a very practical setup. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep samples of whatever we are currently working with. The building itself is quite busy, so there is a constant stream of people in the elevators and hallways. We are not one of those high-tech startups you see on the news; we are just a small operation trying to keep up with the daily demands of the trade. Most of our time is spent on the phone or responding to messages to make sure our suppliers are on time. There is a lot of paperwork involved in the food industry, so we are usually surrounded by invoices and shipping manifests. We do not have a fancy kitchen here or anything like that. It is mostly just the administrative side of things. We just try to get through the list of tasks every day and make sure we do not fall behind on the orders that come through. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we just keep at it.
