Rattans Institute

Rattans Institute is just a small place near Bedi Halwai in Jeevan Park. If you know that area in Delhi, we are right there at D-1/77. It gets quite busy on the streets sometimes with the traffic and people going to the shops. We have been working here for a while now. People usually find us by looking for the sweet shop first and then turning the corner. We teach different things to the students who come by after school. It is not a very big building but we make it work for everyone. Some days are quieter than others depending on the exam season. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those polished reception areas. Just some chairs and tables and plenty of books. The neighborhood is mostly families living around here for years. It's easy to get to if you are nearby. We try to help out the kids with their studies in a very direct way. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. You can just walk in and talk to us most days. We are usually around from morning till late evening. Sometimes the traffic is bad near the market but that's just how Delhi is. We just focus on the lessons at hand. We've seen many batches come and go over the years. Some students stay for a long time, others just a bit. It’s a simple setup we have here at the Jeevan Park spot.
