Rashi 'N' Aashi Engineers

Rashi 'N' Aashi Engineers is located at Plot No Rz-155/284, on Lane-02 in Geetanjali Park. This is over in West Sagarpur. It's a residential and commercial mix around here, so we have to be mindful of the noise we make. We are a small engineering outfit. The name comes from family, which is how many businesses start out. We do various fabrication and repair jobs. Our workspace is basically a large garage area that we've converted into a shop. We have a few welding sets, a grinder, and a workbench that has seen a lot of use over the years. We handle things like window grills, gate repairs, and small custom metal parts for people in the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in oily clothes and heavy boots. Sometimes we take the work outside if the piece is too big to turn around indoors. We get most of our customers from the surrounding streets in West Sagarpur. People know they can bring a broken metal chair or a bent pipe and we will try to fix it. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most people just look for the sound of the grinder. It’s a simple business, and we like the independence it gives us. We just try to be helpful to the people who live nearby. It’s a lot of manual labor, but seeing a finished gate look solid makes it feel worthwhile. We've been doing this for several seasons now without much fuss.
