Getting to Ranjan Tutorials at Chattarpur Enclave B-152 can be a bit of a trick if you don’t know the lanes well. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, tucked away in the B block. The room we use isn't huge, but we managed to fit enough chairs for the students who come by after school. Most of them live just a few streets away, so they walk over or come on their cycles. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves filled with old registers and stacks of practice papers we’ve printed over the years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we spend more time looking at the notebooks than the walls anyway. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open, though that means we hear the vegetable sellers passing by. My brother and I run the place together. We don’t have a big office or a reception desk. Usually, I’m just sitting at the main table checking work while someone else explains a grammar rule or a math problem in the corner. It is a bit messy with all the bags and water bottles everywhere, but it feels like a real place of work. We know most of the families around here, and their younger kids eventually end up coming to us too once they get to the higher classes. It’s just a steady, everyday routine for us.
