We are located in Kapashera, which is on the edge of New Delhi near the border. Our address is House Number 361 on Gali Number 1. If you have ever been to Kapashera, you know how tight the lanes can be and how much activity there is at all hours of the day. It’s a mix of homes and small businesses all squeezed together. We operate R&B Enterprise from a modest office here. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the street numbering, but we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. The sounds of planes overhead from the airport are pretty constant, but after a while, you just stop noticing them. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and making sure the small details are handled. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. Most of us commute from different parts of Delhi or Gurgaon, so the morning talk is usually about how bad the traffic was on the main road. We don't have any corporate protocols or fancy dress codes. People just wear what is comfortable and get to work. It’s a grounded place with a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the work that comes in.
