We are based at Shop Number 2382 in Gali Number 64. It’s right near the PNB ATM on the Second 60 Feet Road in Molarband Extension, Badarpur. The shop is small, but we manage to fit a lot of tech equipment in here. Most of our day is spent at the workbench fixing things or helping people figure out their devices. It’s a busy street and there is always a lot of dust blowing in from the road, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning our screens and keyboards. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It's just a local operation where we know many of the customers by their first names. Sometimes people just stop by to ask a quick question while they are out running errands. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. The shop can get a bit crowded when we have a few people waiting, but everyone is usually patient. We stay open until late in the evening because that’s when most people in the neighborhood are around. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their friends or neighbors. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for this part of Badarpur. We just keep our tools sharp and our prices where they should be for the local folks.
