Malhotra Exports

We are over at No. 7/32 in Old Rajender Nagar. It’s a well-known area, mostly famous for all the students and coaching centers, but there are plenty of small businesses like ours tucked away here too. Malhotra Exports has been around for a while. We mainly focus on getting goods ready for export. It’s a lot of packing, checking quality, and making sure the labels are right. Our space isn't huge, so we have to stay organized. Most of us here have lived or worked in this part of Delhi for a long time. We like the energy of Old Rajender Nagar. It can get pretty crowded in the evenings, but during the day, we just focus on our shipments. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. We just talk to our clients directly. It feels more personal that way. If someone has a problem, they just call us up and we sort it out. We don't use any complicated jargon. We just tell it like it is. Some days the logistics part of the job is a real pain, especially with transport delays or paperwork errors, but we just deal with it. We are just regular people trying to do a good job. We've built up some good relationships with our suppliers over the years. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re used to it by now. We just take it one day at a time here.
