Rainbows / Brian Silas Piano Classes

You can find us on the 2nd floor at S-112. We are right opposite the Panchsheel Club in Panchsheel Park. It’s a quiet enough spot for what we do. Rainbows and Brian Silas Piano Classes is what we go by. The sounds of the piano usually fill the hallway throughout the afternoon. It’s not a huge space, but it works for teaching. We’ve got the instruments set up and the stools ready. Panchsheel Park is a pleasant area to walk through to get to us. The 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. It’s mostly just about the music and the practice. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just the classes and the students coming in for their sessions. Some people stay for an hour, some longer. We keep the place tidy. There’s a certain routine to the day, starting with tuning or just organizing the sheet music. It’s been our home for a while. We like the neighborhood. It’s easy to explain to people where we are since the club is right there as a landmark. We just focus on the lessons. It’s honest work, teaching people how to play. Nothing more to it than that. We just enjoy the quiet of the morning before the students arrive. There is a lot of sheet music around and we try to keep it all organized so we don't lose anything important.
