Radhas Boutique

Radhas Boutique is located in Sector 9, specifically in Pocket 2 at number 505. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a big mall shop. I started this because I have a knack for picking out fabrics and helping people figure out what looks good on them. We do a lot of custom stitching and alterations right here. The living room area is basically the shop now, filled with mannequins and racks of clothes we’ve put together. Most of the women from around the neighborhood know us and just drop by when they need a new outfit for a party or a wedding. We have a couple of tailors who work in the back room, and you can usually hear the sound of the sewing machines going all day long. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of customers at once, but we manage. We don’t have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people telling their friends about the work we do. I spend a lot of time going to the wholesale markets to find unique prints and laces. It’s hard work and the days are long, but seeing someone happy with a dress we made from scratch makes it worth the effort. We keep things simple and honest here, just trying to make nice clothes.
