I’m Radha, and I run things here from B-14 near the N.I.H.F.W campus in Munirka. It’s a quiet enough spot considering how busy New Delhi usually is. I’ve been in this area for a long time now. People always ask me how to find the place, and I just tell them it’s right near the institute. My setup is pretty small. I don’t have a lot of employees or a big reception desk. It is mostly just me and a bit of help when things get really hectic. I started this because I saw a need for someone local to handle things properly. Every morning I open up and get straight to the tasks. It isn't some high-tech operation, just a desk, a chair, and a lot of focus. Sometimes my friends come over for tea while I'm working, and we talk about how much the city has grown. Munirka has changed so much over the years, with new shops popping up everywhere. I prefer staying small and manageable. You get to know your neighbors that way. I don't have any big advertisements or posters. If someone needs what I do, they usually just show up at the door. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for me. I just try to do a good job every day and go home. That’s really all there is to it. I didn't plan on being a business owner when I was younger, but here I am. It keeps me out of trouble and gives me something to do with my time.
